CONFIRMATION LETTER/REFERENCE

The Estonian Transport Administration hereby confirms that AS Datel has been a trusted

technology partner to the Administration in the delivery, operation and continuous improvement

of mission‑critical digital services and information systems.

AS Datel’s teams have provided analysis, design, software development, integration, data

migration, deployment, training and support across the Administration’s functional domains.

In particular, AS Datel has been a long‑standing partner to the Estonian Traffic Register in the

testing and development of its core modules. The Register and its modules are integrated with

multiple third‑party stakeholders and consume and publish services via the national X‑Road

data‑exchange layer. Datel’s engineers have supported end‑to‑end integration and conformance

testing across these interfaces and have contributed to the delivery of reliable, secure and

high‑performance services in production.

Throughout our cooperation, AS Datel has demonstrated professionalism, strong domain

knowledge and adherence to security and interoperability requirements, including secure

development practices, auditability and service‑level performance in the Government Data Centre

environments.
