Dear Sirs,
We have been informed by the vessels management that dry-docking facilities are not able to receive the vessel within the due date of the renewal surveys.
Statutory and Class renewal surveys are due on 25/09/2025 (see ship status attached for reference).
A renewal postponement has been requested by the vessels management.
From our side we have no objections to the postponement provided that the following is carried out:
- 1. All annual surveys carried out
- 2. All renewal surveys commenced and completed as far as feasible
- 3. UTM to be commenced and completed as far as feasible
- 4. Inspection of ballast tanks as far as feasible
- 5. IWS by an approved company to be carried out
- 6. Re-examination of condition R.6.1.A during IWS to be done
Any additional instruction and requirements from You good Administration are to be also complied with.
We have availability in our Estonian office to attend the vessel for the above mentioned.

The ship has been surveyed in accordance with regulations of Annexes I, IV, V and VI of MARPOL 7317S.The survey has shown that the structure, equipment, systems, fittings, arrangements and materials for the prevention of pollution by oil, sewage, garbage and air pollution prevention from the ship fully comply with the applicable requirements of these MARPOL 73178 Annexes for the ships weren't engaged in international voyages (see also exemptions I waivers of Estonian Maritime Administration): - the requirements of regulations 14.1 (oil filtering equipment) of Annex I MARPOL-73/78 are waived by MA of Estonia (No. 5-1-13/1071) in respect of the ship in accordance with regulation 14.5;- the provisions of the MAR POL Annex IV shall not apply to the present ship in accordance with Regulation 2.1 of the Annex IV; - the provisions of the MARPOL Annex VI shall not apply to the present ship in accordance with Regulations 5, 6 and 19 of the Annex VI;- the ship is not subject required to hold International Oil Pollution Prevention, International Sewage Pollution Prevention and International Air Pollution Prevention Certificates.
