TAX ADJUSTMENT APPLICABLE TO PENSIONS
Dear Mr. Uusma,
In accordance with Article 42 of the Coordinated Organisations’ Pension Scheme Rules, the amount of the tax adjustment applicable to pensions shall be borne by the Member State in which the recipient is subject to taxes on income.
The adjustments concerning tax year 2024 for recipients in Estonia and charged to the budget of the Agency amount to:
