Dear Sir/Madam,

Estonian Police and Boarder Guard Board would like get price offer for Collins Aerospace

HOIST LOAD CHECK KIT P/N 49900-889-104, S/N A0592 calibration service.

The service shall meet at least the following conditions:

1. The calibration must be performed in accordance with the latest applicable

manufacturer’s instructions and to an applicable officially recognized standard.

2. Turnaround time 14 days or less after receiving the kit.

3. An appropriate calibration certificate together with details of the performed checks

must be issued at the completion of the work and included with the kit being returned.

4. Minimal information the calibration certificate should contain are as follows:

4.1 part number and serial number of the kit;

4.2 internationally recognised standard used for calibration reference;

4.3 statement, if the kit is serviceable and it conforms to internationally recognised

standard and manufacturer specifications.

By submitting tender you confirm that you are able able to perform the calibration of this

measurement equipment in accordance with the requirements above.

Price offer must include:

1. The value of the tender (excluding VAT) for calibration service.

Offer must be valid at least 21 days.

Please send your offers by 30.09.2025 at 15.00. Late offers will not be accepted.

Please note that order is not guaranteed, it will be made from the lowest-priced bidder that

meets the requirements.

The successful tenderer submits an invoice after delivery of the goods, the payment deadline

must be 21 days.

If the successful tenderer fails to provide the service in accordance with the time limits specified

in the small purchase documents, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to and the

successful tenderer shall be liable to pay a contractual penalty of 0.15% of the price of the

corresponding delayed supplies for each delayed calendar day, but no more than 50% of the

total cost of the public contract.
