The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) presents his compliments to Member States and regional economic integration organizations and has the honour to refer to resolution WHA78.1, which established the open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group (IGWG) on the WHO Pandemic Agreement.
Member States are informed that the third meeting of the IGWG will be held at WHO headquarters, Geneva, from 3 to 7 November 2025 in a hybrid format. The third meeting will open at 09:00 (CET) on Monday, 3 November 2025.
Meeting registration and access With respect to in-person participation, delegates without a valid UN badge and intending
to participate in person should register as of 8 October 2025 at the following link: https://indico.un.org/e/IGWG3. Registration should be completed by 27 October 2025. Kindly note that in view of limited capacity, the link will be deactivated at the close of the deadline with no further opportunity to register. Delegates that registered for the second meeting of the IGWG and have a valid UN badge to access the premises of WHO headquarters can use their UN badges to access the meeting.
In relation to virtual participation only, renewed online registration will not be required for delegates that registered for the second meeting of the IGWG. Member States who did not register for the second meeting or who wish to revise their list of delegates for virtual participation only should also register as of 8 October 2025 at the following link: https://indico.un.org/e/IGWG3. Registration should be completed no later than 27 October 2025.
A personalized link to access the virtual platform will be sent to delegates who registered for the second meeting as well as the third meeting.

Le Directeur général de l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé (OMS) présente ses compliments aux États Membres et aux organisations d’intégration économique régionale, et a l’honneur de se référer à la résolution WHA78.1, en vertu de laquelle l’Assemblée mondiale de la Santé a décidé de créer un Groupe de travail intergouvernemental à composition non limitée sur l’Accord de l’OMS sur les pandémies.
Les États Membres sont informés que le Groupe de travail intergouvernemental tiendra sa troisième réunion du 3 au 7 novembre 2025 au Siège de l’OMS, à Genève (Suisse), selon des modalités hybrides. La troisième réunion s’ouvrira le lundi 3 novembre 2025 à 9 heures (HNEC).
Inscription et accès aux réunions En ce qui concerne la participation en présentiel, les déléguées et délégués qui ne disposent
pas d’un badge des Nations Unies valide et qui ont l’intention d’être présents doivent s’inscrire à partir du 8 octobre 2025 à l’adresse : https://indico.un.org/e/IGWG3. Les inscriptions devront être achevées le 27 octobre 2025 au plus tard. Veuillez noter qu’en raison de la capacité limitée, le lien sera désactivé à la fin de la date limite et qu’il n’y aura plus d’autres occasions de s’inscrire. Уведомляем государства-члены о том, что третье совещание МПРГ будет проведено с 3 по 7 ноября 2025 г. в гибридном формате в штаб-квартире ВОЗ в Женеве. Совещание откроется в понедельник, 3 ноября 2025 г., в 09:00 (по центральноевропейскому времени).
Регистрация участников и доступ на совещание

El Director General de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) presenta sus respetos a los Estados Miembros y a las organizaciones de integración económica regional y tiene el honor de referirse a la resolución WHA78.1, por la que se estableció el Grupo de Trabajo Intergubernamental de Composición Abierta acerca del Acuerdo de la OMS sobre Pandemias.
Se informa a los Estados Miembros de que la tercera reunión del Grupo de Trabajo Intergubernamental se celebrará en la Sede de la OMS (Ginebra), del 3 al 7 de noviembre de 2025 en formato híbrido. La reunión dará comienzo a las 09.00 horas (hora centroeuropea de verano) del lunes 3 de noviembre de 2025.
Inscripción y acceso a la reunión Los delegados que deseen asistir a la reunión en persona y no dispongan de una tarjeta
acreditativa válida de las Naciones Unidas deberán inscribirse a partir del 8 de octubre de 2025 en el siguiente enlace: https://indico.un.org/e/IGWG3. La inscripción deberá efectuarse a más tardar el 27 de octubre de 2025.
