Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of assuming office of the First President of the Supreme Court of Cassation of Italy. On behalf of myself and all the justices

of the Supreme Court of Estonia I wish you every success in your new role.

I would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Ms Margherita Cassano for our very pleasant cooperation and for her important contribution to strengthening the collaboration between our courts. I will always cherish the valuable memories of the highly substantive meetings of the board of the Network of the Presidents of the Supreme Judicial Courts of the

European Union, as well as of her visit to Estonia in May of this year. I wish her all the best for her future endeavours.
