This is Salome Gorgiashvili from the Georgian Embassy.

I am sorry for bothering you , but I am seeking for the competent information, this is why I am directly contacting you.

One of our citizen called with the question:  how can she present Georgian court's decision in Estonia.

The case is the following: she is residing in Estonia, her child is living with her parents in Georgia, her ex-husband did not express consent for his child to live with his mother, but court made the decision and the mother was defined as the child's guardian and to live with his mother. 

She wants to bring her child in Estonia to live with her but in order to make the residence and do all the formal procedures she needs to use court decision here in Estonia.

Can you please let us know, what should be the procedures?

How can Georgian court decision be recognized in Estonia?
