Dear Chief Justice Maria Therezade Assis Moura,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the kind invitation to participate in the Ceremony commemorating the 35th Anniversary of the National High Court of Brazil and International Seminar dedicated to human rights on l0-l l April 2024.
Regrettably, I am unable to attend the Ceremony and the Seminar as I have prior commitments that could not be rearranged and which need my presence in Estonia. I express my sincere regrets for not being able to travel to Brasilia this April.
I wish you every success with the organisation of the Event!
