Please note that the Estonian Transport Administration acts as a supervisory authority in the field of transport. The transport licences for both freight and passenger operators are issued by the Association of Estonian International Road Carriers (ERAA - https://www.eraa.ee/en)

The official register of valid transport licences is maintained by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA- https://www.ttja.ee/en ) and can be accessed through the Estonian Register of Economic Activities (MTR) at https://mtr.ttja.ee.

MTR has a search function https://mtr.ttja.ee/tegevusluba?m=97 where you can enter diverent search critereas to find out if the licence is valid. You can also write to ERAA and ask if a certain license is valid. I can not give you information regarding automatic data access (including possible API options), we recommend contacting TTJA directly via [email protected] or the ERAA at [email protected].
