Dear Minister, dear Liisa-Ly:
I am pleased to address you regarding the upcoming edition of the OECD Global Roundtable on Equal Access to Justice, which will take place in Madrid on November 12, 13, and 14, 2025. Although you will have received the formal invitation jointly signed by the OECD Secretary-General and myself, I would like to personally invite you to attend the Justice Leaders Dialogue, which will be held on November 12, 2025.
As you know, this forum has become a key reference point for promoting inclusive, effective, and people-centred justice systems. This annual gathering offers a unique space for sharing experiences, promoting best practices, and developing innovative solutions aimed at ensuring that all citizens —and especially those in vulnerable situations— can access effective mechanisms to resolve their legal issues in a fair, affordable, and timely manner.
In this edition of the OECD Global Roundtable on Equal Access to Justice, to which we have invited more than 50 Ministers of Justice from around the world, we will address critical topics for improving public justice services, such as harnessing digital transformation and the value of data, as well as rebuilding public trust in democracy and the rule of law. I am convinced that your insights and experience would be extremely valuable to this discussion.
Looking forward to your presence, I send you my warmest regards.
