I am following up on my email of 27 August 2025 regarding Nordic Aviation Group AS (dba Nordica) and Regional Jet OÜ (dba Xfly), both of which hold UK TCO authorisations.
As mentioned, it is understood that Nordic Aviation Group AS has filed for bankruptcy. Could you please confirm whether the associated AOCs (EE-023 for Nordica and EE-020 for Xfly) have been revoked?
