I need data for how number of traffic (number of vehicles and heavy transport) has changes on Main (and if possible secondary roads) in Estonia since year 2019 including.

The data necessary would be (for each year starting year 2019):

1. 1. Road

2. 2. Annual average daily traffic on that road
