Dear colleagues from the Judicial Training Institutes and Bar Associations,

I am writing to inform you about our ninth and final face-to-face seminar organised within the framework of the EU grant 101089772 – UpJudCoop. This seminar will focus on Consumer Protection in EU Law and will take place on 26 November 2025 in Luxembourg.

We have a few places available at the rate of €350 for onsite participation, which covers:

Participation in the full-day seminar
A significant contribution towards travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs
Access to our Learning Management System with all seminar materials

The working language of the seminar will be English, with simultaneous interpretation available in French, Polish, Spanish, Slovenian, and Finnish (unless not required).

This seminar will be especially interesting for legal practitioners namely judges, prosecutors and or lawyers working in the field of civil law, dealing with cross-border civil litigation cases, but is also of relevance to those having a particular interest in the EU Area of Freedom Security and Justice, based on the principles of mutual recognition and mutual trust.

Participants will have a nuanced understanding of the practical insights about the working structures and functions of the EJN, e-justice portal and the work under the flagship of e-Codex as well.
