I am writing to kindly request information regarding a decision issued by the Supreme Court of Estonia on 3 May 2016, involving the company Elering AS and a case related to the REMIT Regulation (EU No 1227/2011).
According to a report published by the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), the Estonian Competition Authority appealed a ruling by the Harju Court of Appeal on 4 April 2016, and the appeal was dismissed by the Supreme Court on 3 May 2016.
I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether such a decision exists and, if possible, provide the case number, a summary of the ruling, or a link to the published decision (if publicly available).

I am writing to request access to the decision rendered by the Supreme Court of Estonia (Riigikohus) in 2022 concerning Elering AS, in connection with the fine imposed by the Estonian Competition Authority (Konkurentsiamet) under Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 (REMIT).
According to the Authority’s 2022 annual report, the Supreme Court did not hear the cassation appeal filed by the Competition Authority against the Harju County Court judgment of 22 March 2022.
