on serious cross-border threats to health (in accordance with Article 29

of Regulation (EU) 2022/2371)

On 1 December 2025, from 11:00 to 12:30 CET, the European Commission will be

organising an online meeting of the Committee on serious cross-border threats to health.

The Committee will be tasked to provide its opinion for the Commission regarding the

adoption of the following two Implementing Regulations, as provided for in Articles 15

and 21 of Regulation (EU) 20222/2371, respectively:

- Draft Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) …/… designating a European

Union reference laboratory for public health on respiratory viruses.

- Draft Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) …/… laying down the

procedures necessary for the uniform implementation of the information exchange,

consultation and coordination of response within the Health Security Committee

and amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/253.

We would like to invite you to nominate representative(s) of your country to participate

in this upcoming meeting of the Committee on serious cross-border threats to health. Please

note that one representative of your country should be tasked to vote.
