Extension of deadline for the documents to be submitted under

Article 98(1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 (i.e. ‘assurance package’)

Dear Mr Miilits,

I refer to the abovementioned requests of 08/10/2025 submitted for the AMIF

programme (2021EE65AMPR001), the BMVI programme (2021EE65BVPR001), the

ISF programme (2021EE65ISPR001) and the respective assurance packages for the

accounting year 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025.

Following the examination of the submitted requests, I am pleased to inform you that the

deadline for submission of the above-mentioned assurance packages is extended to 1

March, in line with Article 98(2) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.
