Dear Dr. Corbella,

PCN notifications are free of charge in Estonia. Using the poison centre number in SDS is obligatory according to Annex II point 1.4 of REACH regulation and so free of charge. For non-dangerous mixtures if the SDS should be available you can also use the poison centre number.

I'm Riccardo Corbella and I would like to ask you if you can confirm that PCN notifications are paid or not for your country and if we should put the emergency number on our SDS of your poison control center if you can tell me if it is also free or you have to pay a tax and how we should behave for non-dangerous products and therefore without PCN notification.
