Soovime teile teatada, et oleme tihedas koostöös erinevate Euroopa riikidega, et tutvustada oma barjäärivaba, Euroopas patenteeritud hädaabikõne rakenduse süsteemi.
Erinevate riikide ministeeriumid kutsusid meid ettekandeid pidama ning suutsime konstruktiivsetes aruteludes täielikult käsitleda kõiki meie hädaabikõne süsteemi rakendamise nõudeid.
Hiljuti oleme saanud päringuid meie WIS-i hädaabikõne rakenduse, sealhulgas WIS-i mobiilse hädaabikõne nupu (kõigile inimestele) ja meie WIS-i tõlke rakenduse (kuulmis- või kõnepuudega inimestele) kohta, et alustada järgmisi samme arenduse ja litsentsilepingu sõlmimise suunas.
Isikliku kohtumise ja kohapealse demonstratsiooni käigus meie ülemaailmselt ainulaadses hädaabikõnede rakenduse süsteemis, mis sisaldab ka tõlgirakendust barjäärivabade katastroofihoiatustega.

Me ei paku mitte ainult tekstipõhiseid hädaabikõnesid SMS-i või vestluse teel, vaid automatiseerime ka hädaabikõnede edastamist häälsõnumi, e-posti või faksi teel politseile, tuletõrjele, päästeteenistustele ja edastusteenustele videotelefoni teel viipekeeles või kirjakeeles – kooskõlas ÜRO puuetega inimeste õiguste konventsiooni (UN CRPD) ja Euroopa elektroonilise side seadustiku (EECC) nõuetega.
Koos teiste Euroopa ministeeriumidega oleme kindlaks teinud, et puhtalt tekstipõhine hädaabikõnede süsteem ei ole paljudele inimestele kättesaadav ja paljudes hädaolukordades (nt füüsiline kallaletung, rööv, insult, šokk jne) kasutuskõlbmatu, kuna aeg mängib elu ja surma määramisel otsustavat rolli.
Küsimus teile: kas te saaksite ise ühes sellises olukorras teha tekstipõhise hädaabikõne ja suhelda juhtimiskeskustega SMS-i või vestluse teel?
Lisaks on kurtidel inimestel sageli piiratud kirjaliku keele oskus, mis muudab täpse suhtlemise juhtimiskeskuse dispetšeritega oluliselt raskemaks.
Seega pakume oma süsteemiga parimat võimalikku barjäärivaba hädaabikõne lahendust KÕIGILE inimestele vaid nupuvajutusega.
Nagu te teate, nõuab Euroopa Komisjon kõigis osalisriikides ligipääsetava hädaabikõne süsteemi kasutuselevõttu hiljemalt 31. juuliks 2027.
Seetõttu pakume oma tõestatud hädaabikõne rakenduse süsteemi ka kaubamärgi/märgistusega lahendusena.
Kuna juurutamine, tehniline integreerimine juhtimiskeskustesse ning töötajate, päästeteenistuste ja teenusepakkujate koolitamine võtab aega umbes 8–10 kuud, oleksime tänulikud varajase kohtumise broneerimise eest.

Implementation of an accessible, European patented emergency call app
system in accordance with EU Directive “NG112” for your country
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ministry,
We would like to inform you that we are in close cooperation with several European
countries to introduce our accessible, European patented emergency call app system.
We were invited to give presentations by ministries in various countries and were able to
fully cover all requirements for the implementation of our emergency call system in
constructive discussions.
We have recently received several inquiries about our WIS Emergency call app, including
the WIS mobile emergency call button (for all persons), as well as our WIS interpreter app
(for people with hearing or speech impairments), in order to initiate the next steps towards
development and a licensing agreement.
We would be delighted to demonstrate our globally unique emergency call app system,
including an interpreter app with barrier-free disaster warnings, in a personal meeting with
an on-site demonstration.

We not only offer text-based emergency calls via SMS or chat, but also automate the
transmission of emergency calls via voice SMS, email or fax to police, fire department,
rescue services and relay services via video telephony in sign language or written language
– in accordance with the requirements of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with
Disabilities (UN CRPD) and the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC).
Together with other European ministries, we have determined that a purely text-based
emergency call system is not accessible for many people and is unusable in numerous
emergency situations (e.g., physical assault, robbery, stroke, shock, etc.) because time plays
a crucial role in determining life and death.
A question for you: Would you personally be able to make a text-based emergency call in
one of these situations and communicate with the control centers via SMS or chat?
Furthermore, deaf people often have limited written language skills, which makes precise
communication with dispatchers at the control center considerably more difficult.
With our system, we therefore offer the best possible barrier-free emergency call
solution for ALL people at the touch of a button.
As you know, the EU Commission requires the introduction of an accessible emergency call
system in all contracting states by July 31, 2027 at the latest. Therefore, we also offer our
proven emergency call app system as a branded/labeled solution.
Since the implementation, technical integration into control centers, and training of
employees, emergency services, and service providers take approximately 8-10 months, we
would be grateful for an early appointment scheduling.
