’’Expanding MyHealth@EU Services in Estonia” Termination Request Letter Dear HaDEA, We would like to formally communicate our request to terminate the preparation process for the EU4Health Grant Agreement under the call EU4H-2024-DGA-MS-IBA-01 for the project “Expanding MyHealth@EU Services in Estonia” (101233442 - X-MyHealth-EST). As you are aware, our consortium completed the negotiation and preparation steps and was in the final stages prior to signature. However, following our national E-Health Commission’s recent decision not to support the proposed action, the project will not proceed to grant agreement signature. The main concerns have arisen due to the simultaneous implementation of other national initiatives, which makes it challenging to allocate experienced personnel across all activities and to ensure the high quality required for this project. In light of this outcome, we hereby request to formally withdraw and terminate the grant preparation process in the Funding & Tenders Portal. We kindly ask HaDEA to update the project status accordingly and confirm the termination in the system. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the evaluation and coordination teams for your cooperation and support during the preparation phase. Despite this outcome, we remain committed to contributing to the objectives of the EU4Health Programme and hope to collaborate again in future calls. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any further administrative formalities are required to finalise this termination.
