If company owns multiply properties then fee is calculated for every property.

Division I entry 2 €

Division II entry 2 €

Division III and IV entry in total 2 €

Whole register part 6 €

Data processing fee 60€/h + VAT

(The minimum fee for requesting data is EUR 15 + VAT, which includes 15 minutes of data processing)

Yes, you can obtain information from e-Land Registry by sending written request to [email protected]

After sending your written request, you will receive a quotation within five (5) working days.

e-Land Registry service prices you can find here Service prices | Registrite ja Infosüsteemide Keskus

There will be also fee for data processing (60 EUR/h + VAT)

If you only need property address, then you can use e-Land Registry search Kinnistusraamat

You can search by company registry code/business name which will give you free data: immovable number, type, cadastral code, cadastral address, area.

I’d like to clarify our request a bit differently. It may not be necessary for us to sign an agreement at this stage.

We’re exploring the possibility of purchasing data on companies’ owned real estate. Our idea is to occasionally send you a list of companies (including their names and IDs), and in return, we would expect to receive:

Property address

Property type or composition (e.g., land, building, apartment, etc., if available)

Property area or size (if available)

Since this would not be a constant or daily process but rather an occasional request, we were wondering if it might be possible to receive this information without the need to sign an agreement.

Please let me know if this could be feasible and under what conditions.
