We hereby inform you of a voluntary product recall concerning the E8752 Proline Felt Tip Eyeliner, due to a confirmed non-conformity in its formula.
The details of the affected batches and recall procedure are provided in the attached document.
As part of this recall:
- Customers have been instructed to return all stock, including unsold and previously returned items, to the designated warehouse.
- Collection, quantity confirmation, and tracking of returned units are being coordinated by our sales & logistic teams.
- A consumer-facing notice will be provided to customers for display in stores and/or publication on their websites.
We are committed to ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements and to minimizing any potential risk to consumers.

During an internal quality and regulatory review, a non-conformity was identified: the concentration of the color pigment Carbon Black (CI 77266, nano) in the Product exceeds the maximum permitted concentration of 10% under EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 – Annex IV, reaching 11.5%.
