We would be pleased to share our experience with the digitalization of pension administration in Estonia. To ensure that our meeting best meets your expectations, I would like to clarify the focus of the discussion.

Our initial digitalization of the pension administration process took place as early as the year 2000. At present, we are gradually transitioning pension management to a new system. During the meeting, we could provide an overview of our development process and partners, explain how the new system will handle case processing, client self-service, and data exchange with various national registers (such as social tax data exchange), and share the key lessons learned and success factors from this process.
