DSV and Schenker Merger

Dear Partner,

The merger of DSV Estonia AS and AS Schenker will officially enter into force on

01.12.2025.

Two companies will continue under the DSV brand. DSV Road AS offers road

transport, warehousing and customs services, DSV Air & Sea AS offers air and sea

transport services, project transport and courier services (DSV Xpress).

From December 1, 2025, the following changes will come into effect when sending

• DSV Road AS will no longer accept e-invoices.

• Invoices for services provided to DSV Road AS should be sent to the following

address – [email protected], except for invoices that have been sent to

[email protected] . Please send the aforementioned invoices to the

following address [email protected]

• Invoices for services provided to DSV Air & Sea AS should be sent to the following

address – [email protected]

Please note that the changes apply to services provided from December 1, 2025.

Please send all invoices for services before this date to the current contacts.
