construction project “Riigitee nr 2 Tallinn-Tartu-Võru-Luhamaa Kose-Ardu lõigu ehitus, RH
182841 (Construction of the Kose-Ardu section of the Tallinn-Tartu-Võru-Luhamaa State
Road No. 2)", acting in the role of Works Manager roads
During this project, he was responsible for supervising construction works, ensuring compliance
with design documentation, technical standards, and safety regulations, as well as coordinating
contractors and site personnel. He also participated in the final tests and acceptance of the
investment. In accordance with Estonian building law, he was the person responsible for managing
the construction works.
