There are no specific national requirements for placing cosmetic products on Estonian market.

If your Sweedish company will make available this toothpastes on Estonian market itself, then the name of the product has to be also indicated in Estonian in CPNP if your Swedesh company will sell it in Estonia and minimum requirements fro labelling (for example sticker) in national language according to art. 19 p.5 is required (if Estonian language is included in the original labelling, then it’s ok).

If You are going to have some Estonian company as a distributor – then it is the distributors obligation CPNP distributors notification and estonian sticker.

My name is Roger Moe, a regulatory specialist, for TePe in Sweden. We manufacture hygiene and cosmetic products and would like to place a cosmetic product, a toothpaste, on your market. Our products are already registered in CPNP, the European portal for cosmetic products, but I wanted to ask if there are any other national requirements we need to comply with?
