Subject: Absence of overlap and double funding for support measures selected under the
Technical Support Instrument1 2025 late selection.
Dear Madam/Sir,
In relation to the requests for support approved for Estonia under the Technical Support Instrument
(TSI) late selection for 2025, we, in our capacity as the Coordinating Authority for TSI, wish to
inform you that we have contacted the relevant Managing Authorities of Union funds, in particular,
Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On the basis of the information provided by the mentioned Managing authorities in Estonia, we
hereby confirm, to the best of our knowledge, that there is no overlap between the request late
selected for funding under the TSI cycle for 2025 and concrete actions funded from other Union
programmes, instruments or funds under the Union’s budget and that double funding is not present
for the following selected request:
