SUBJECT: INVITATION TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE SURVEY ON BALTIC STATES’ E-

HEALTH SYSTEMS

Dear Sir/Madam,

We kindly request your participation in a survey designed to examine key characteristics of the e-

health systems in the Baltic States – Estonia and Latvia – and to identify their similarities with the

Lithuanian e-health system, including aspects related to its maintenance, operation, and further

development.

Your professional insight is highly valuable, as it will contribute to a more in-depth assessment of the

national e-health system and provide a clearer understanding of the practical approaches and

experiences applied across the Baltic States.

For your convenience, a file containing a table with structured survey questions, together with several

supplementary open-ended questions, is attached to this correspondence.

We respectfully ask you to submit your completed responses by 17 December 2025 via email to

[email protected]. In case any clarification is needed, please contact [email protected].

In addition, please let us know if you would like to see the final report that compares all three Baltic

countries. Please be assured that all information provided will be used solely for research purposes.
