Transpordiameti heakskiit märgrendile võtmise kohta
Approval by Estonian Transport Administration for wet lease-in
Transpordiamet annab heakskiidu Aktsiaselts Airest märgrendile võtmisele, vastavalt Euroopa Komisjoni määruse
(EL) nr 965/2012 punktidele ARO.OPS.110(a)(4) ja ORO.AOC.110(a).
The Estonian Transport Administration hereby approves the Aktsiaselts Airest wet lease-in according to the
Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 ARO.OPS.110 (a)(4) and ORO.AOC.110 (a).
Subject: ACMI Wet-Lease Agreements between Airest AS (Estonia) and Skystream Airlines AS (Estonia) dated 14 th
July 2021 and 9th of August 2021, amended 3th December 2025.
The Estonian Transport Administration has been notified and does not object to Airest AS, Air Operator Certificate
No EE-016, wet lease-in of SAAB340A with registration mark ES-LSB (Serial number 045) and ES-LSF (Serial
number 144) listed on Skystream Airlines AS Operator Certificate No EE-024 Operations Specifications.
The Approval is valid until 31st of December 2026.
Heakskiit tunnistatakse kehtetuks, kui selguvad dokumendi kehtivust välistavad asjaolud lähtudes Rahvusvahelise
Tsiviillennunduse Organisatsiooni, Euroopa Liidu või riigisisestest nõuetest.
This approval shall be revoked in case of identification of any circumstances that would exclude validity of the
approval based on regulations established by ICAO, European Union or the Republic of Estonia.

In accordance with the provision ORO.AOC.110(a) and AMC1 ORO.AOC.110 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, Airest AS hereby informs you and the Estonian Transport Administration that Airest AS is leasing in Skystream Airlines AS aircraft with registration numbers ES-LSF and ES-LSB under an extension of the wet lease-out agreements initially signed on 14.07.2021.
Please review the submitted documents and renew TRAM approval No. 13.4-2/24/21517-2, issued on 17.12.2024.
- 1. Aircraft type / Registration / SNs – SAAB 340 / ES- LSB and LSF / 045 and 144.
- 2. Wet-Lease In provider – Skystream Airlines AS (STM) – Lõõtsa 8a, Tallinn 11415, Estonia.
- 3. Copy of the Lease agreement extension – attached.
- 4. Duration of the extension – until 31 December 2026 (inclusive) with extension possibility, in case of extension, Airest AS will notify TRAM as soon as agreement will be extended.
