Dear Marina

The Estonian Competition Authority (ECA) has an annual obligation to prepare an energy and gas market analysis for the European Commission. For this we need data from market participants. In the spring (March-April), ECA sends a questionnaire to market participants (quantities of electricity sold, number of consumers, etc.).

There are currently no other mandatory requirements.

I hope that you are doing well. I would like to follow up on our "entrepreneur" "economic activity notifications" license with Konkurentsiamet, with the details below:

* Roles: Ettevõtja (Entrepreneur); Majandustegevusteated (Economic Activ Notification)
* License number (concession number): ELM000154
* License issue date (concession date): 03.JUL.2025
* Area of activity: Sales of electricity.

I believe it is relevant to mention that we are now BRP and BSP Market Participants with Elering.
On behalf of Twig Asset Management ApS, I would kindly like to inquire regarding the compliance or reporting obligations that we should fulfill, with Konkurentsiamet, in order to satisfy all ongoing requirements. Could you please support us on this matter?

I registered Twig Asset Management ApS company. You can view it at the web address https://mtr.ttja.ee, MTR (available in both Estonian and English).

The MTR is a public register, where everyone can check who has the right to operate.

Thank you for the update and for registering Twig Asset Management ApS in the MTR. I was able to view the listing of the company on the public register.

A few last quick questions, please:

1. Is this the only required license for us to become a BRP and BSP with the TSO Elering? Are we now in a position to begin our application processes with them, given that we are listed in the public registry?

2. Also, I assume no separate formal document or certificate is needed from the MTR or Konkurentsiamet, but please correct me if I am wrong.

Lastly, please understand that this is a new market and regulatory environment for us, which is why I appreciate your guidance and time as I clarify these details.
