My name is Redouan Maanach, and I work as a national change manager within the Dutch Judiciary (Rechtspraak). In this role, I am responsible for coordinating and supporting the digital implementation of procedural systems within the courts of appeal.

In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am currently completing my graduate thesis, which focuses on the use of artificial intelligence within the criminal justice system and how public organizations navigate the governance, ethical, and operational challenges related to AI adoption.

Estonia is internationally recognised for its advanced digital government and innovative justice systems. Because of this, I would be honoured to learn from your experience. I kindly request the opportunity to conduct two conversations with experts or officials involved in the digitalisation of the criminal justice chain or the use of AI-enabled tools within your ministry.
