We hope you are having a calm start of the week!
Thank you to all those that have already replied to the survey for the continuation of the ECDC-MS Roundtable meetings.
If you have not replied yet, please do so by Wednesday 17 December 2025 at 11:00 (GMT)/12:00 (GMT+1/CET - Stockholm time)/13:00 (GMT+2/EET).
The survey can be found at: https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/ECDCMSRTSurvey2025 (it shouldn’t take longer than 5 mins to fill in).
We have opted to keep the survey open longer because the EU Survey website was offline from Friday and until Monday.
Hopefully, the issues will not persist, but please reach out to us if you encounter any problem.

Dear colleagues,
As presented in the ECDC-MS roundtable meeting on 4 December 2025, we have prepared a survey to collect your responses about the continuation of the meetings beyond the pilot phase. The aim is to collect responses from the Epidemic Intelligence Network members (i.e., National Focal Points for Threat Detection, EWRS and IHR and Operational Contact Points for Epidemic Intelligence). The survey will remain open until Tuesday 16 December 2025 at 16:00 (GMT)/17:00 (GMT+1/CET - Stockholm time)/18:00 (GMT+2/EET). We will be presenting the results on the meeting that is planned for Thursday 18 December 2025.

In case it is decided that the meeting will continue, an in-depth evaluation will follow along with frequent ongoing evaluation to optimise the meetings in terms of content and logistic arrangements.
