Hereby I would like to request a meeting with you on 2nd of February 2026 in Helsinki in connection with a planned official visit to Finland.
In the context of planning of a new multifunctional sports hall, we are organising a two day visit to Finland with the objective of gaining insight into Finnish expertise and best practices in the planning, development and operation of modern sports and event arenas. During the visit, we plan to visit arenas in Helsinki and Tampere and to hold meetings with representatives of the City of Tampere.
We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet with you during this visit in order to exchange views and learn from Finland’s experience in the development of multifunctional sports facilities.
