This is to certify that Mr. Alan Muruväli held an independent technical function on the construction
project “Riigitee nr 2 Tallinn-Tartu-Võru-Luhamaa km 12,6 - 20,898 Jüri - Vaida teelõigu
rekonstrueerimine, RH 224285 (State road no. 2 Tallinn-Tartu-Võru-Luhamaa km 12,6 -
20,898 Jüri - Vaida reconstruction of the road section)", acting in the role of Site Manager in
the company TREV-2 Grupp AS.
During this project, he was responsible for supervising construction works, ensuring compliance
with design documentation, technical standards, and safety regulations, as well as coordinating
contractors and site personnel. He also participated in the final tests and acceptance of the
investment. In accordance with Estonian building law, he was the person responsible for managing
the construction works.
Contract value: EUR 5.789.141,21
Period on the construction site: 15.09.2020 – 10.08.2021.
