Hello, Erko! I hope you are doing well! The last me we met at your office in Tartu, I asked you how the terminaon of long-term logging contracts was handled in Estonia. You asked Ulvar, who said that the contracts were terminated based on a decision of the parliament (Riigikogu). We, LVM, are currently in discussion with the Compeon Council regarding issues related to long-term logging contracts concluded in the early 90s, which LVM is obliged to fulfil. I would like to ask you to clarify what Estonia's soluon was regarding the terminaon of long-term logging contracts. It would be ideal if I could receive a decision (a copy of the document or a statement of the essence of the decision) on the basis of which the contracts were terminated. Unfortunately, I have to say that we are limited in me and if possible, please provide an answer by the end of July 21. We will certainly understand if it is not possible to do it so quickly, however the informaon would be very valuable even if we receive it later. The second thing I wanted to ask is if you could provide current informaon about RMK by filling in the aached Excel table (a few lines). The informaon would be useful for us to compare with other state forest management companies.
