KVALITEEDINÕUDED

1. Müüja müüb ja ostja ostab riigimetsas raiutud metsamaterjali, mille kvaliteet ja mõõdud on sätestatud alljärgnevalt:
1.1. Männipaberipuit
RMK virnmaterjalide standardis (avaldatud RMK veebilehel www.rmk.ee) p. 2.3 sätestatud kvaliteedinõuded
Diameeter koorega ladvapoolsest otsast:
Min 6 cm
Maksimaalne tüükapoolse otsa diameeter koorega:
Max 70 cm
Pikkus:
3,0…6,0 m
Põhipikkus:
3,0 (+/- 0,3) m
1.2. Kuusepaberipuit
RMK virnmaterjalide standardis (avaldatud RMK veebilehel www.rmk.ee) p. 2.2 sätestatud kvaliteedinõuded

1.4 Sätestamata kvaliteeditingimuste, kvaliteeti puudutavate mõistete ja definitsioonide osas juhinduvad pooled RMK virnmaterjalide standardist. Kõikidel nottidel koormas võib esineda lubatud piirides kahjustusi.

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

1. The Supplier sells and the Purchaser buys forest material cut in the state forest, the quality and dimensions of which are specified as follows:
1.1. Pine pulpwood
In the RMK stacked material standard (published on the RMK website at www.rmk.ee) Clause 2.3 established quality requirements
Diameter from the top end with bark:
Min 6 cm
Maximum diameeter of the stump side end with bark:
Max 70 cm
Length:
3,0…6,0 m
Main length:
3,0 (+/- 0,3) m
1.2. Spruce pulpwood
In the RMK stacked material standard (published on the RMK website at www.rmk.ee) Clause 2.2 established quality requirements

1.3. In terms of unspecified quality requirements, concept, and definitions telated to quality, the parties are quided by the RMK stacked material standard. All logs in the load may have damage within permissible limits.
