1. Pentremetsa tee projekt
Vaadati üle Pentremetsa tee projektlahendus ja lepiti kokku järgnevas:
1. Projekti lisada teede ametlikud numbrid ja nimed vastavalt teeregistri ja ETAK
andmetele
2. Pentremetsa tee on tegelikult Sõeru tee, projektis nime mitte muuta kuid lisada tee
nimetuse juurde nt sulgudes info teeregistri kohase nime ja numbriga
3. Tee ei jää avalikult kasutatavaks – korrigeerida vastavalt projekti sõnastust
4. Tee nõlvadele näha ette küll kohalikust kooritavast pinnasest kasvumulla paigaldus,
kuid murukülvi mitte ette näha.
5. Lisada projekti 2 RMK lühikest tüübita mahasõitu kohtadesse, kus projekteeritud tee
eraldub olemasolevast teest.
6. Seletuskirjas tuua välja, et raadamiskoridori laius on 10 m, jagada lõpliku projekti
esitamisega koos RMK’le vektor kujul raadamisala piirid.
7. Parandatud projekt saata RMK’le (Margus ja Toomas).
RMK rõhutas, et tee eramaade lõigul on vajalik teele seada IKÕ RMK kasuks, selle peab korraldama
arendaja. Konsultandil jagada projekt ja IKÕ joonised maaomanikele.
Käesoleva protokolli allkirjastamisega kooskõlastab RMK projektlahenduse eeldusel, et eeltoodud
kokkulepped täidetakse.

1. Pentremetsa road design
The design solution for Pentremetsa road was reviewed and the following was agreed:
1. Add the official road numbers and names to the project according to the road register
and ETD (Estonian Topographic Database) data.
2. Pentremetsa road is actually named Sõeru road. There is no need to change the name
within the design but add the correct name of the road in brackets along with the road
number.
3. The road will not be for public use – correct the wording within the project.
4. The road slopes shall have top soil from locally extracted soil, no grass seeding is
foreseen.
5. Add 2 short RMK exits to places where the designed road separates from the existing
road.
6. Include in the explanatory letter that the width of deforestation corridor is 10 m. The
deforestation borders shall be shared with RMK in vector form along with the
submission of final design.
7. The amended design solution shall be sent to RMK (Margus and Toomas).
RMK emphasized that on private land sections of the road, personal right of use shall be ruled in
favour of RMK. This shall be done by the developer. The consultant shall distribute the design and
personal right of use drawings to the landowners.
By signing this MoM, RMK approves the design solution, provided that the above agreements are
fulfilled.
