Was there any issue with the text of the contract? If it's needed the wording is possible to change. RMK has the rule that for goods that pay more than 4999 euros must be entered into the contract.

The offer is valid until 1 February 2024.

The machine can be delivered no later than week 9 if you order before week 2, and the terms of payment are cash before shipping from Denmark.

We will change the delivery date to the end of February. I will send the letter to all companies we hope to get the offer.

We are waiting for offers till 21st December and on the morning of 22nd December we send a sales contract for the sorting machine of eggs for signing with the wish to get back the signed contract together with pre-invoice this year. Is this procedure okay for you?

Please send me an offer for one sorting machine "WB-9-C" for salmon fish eggs. An equivalent product can also be offered, in which case a product information sheet to check equivalence must be added. There must be appropriate support in Europe for the repair, maintenance, and supply of spare parts for the sorting machine for fish eggs. Sorting discs with 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, and 8.5 mm holes or four discs with similar holes must be included with the sorting machine for fish eggs. The sorting speed must be at least 100,000 eggs per hour, and the technical solution must ensure the counting of live eggs during sorting. A maintenance and user manual must be included with the egg sorting machine.
