On behalf of the European Commission, EASA would like to remind you the obligation for the EU, EEA EFTA Member States and Switzerland (here MS) to send to the Commission the report on the implementation of Art 16 (13) of Reg.(EU) 376/2014 and on the activities of the Just Culture Body as we are approaching the second 5-year period for this reporting obligation:
