Thank you for your enquiry.

Accounts in the database are personal rather than company based. This means that if you have an account, you can link yourself to multiple companies and submit notifications on their behalf. For example, when completing the „Notify about medical device distribution in Estonia“ notification form, you can select the applicant in the „General application data“ section, i.e. the company on whose behalf you are submitting the notification.

Linking your account to a new company works the same way as with the first one. First, please add the company to the database („New application“ → „Add new organisation“), and once it is confirmed, link yourself to it („New application“ → “Bind yourself to organisation“).

If we already have an account for A. Medical, Ltd., and we now have a branch in Estonia with an Estonian registration number, is it possible to add this branch to our existing account, or do we need to create a new account for the Estonian company?
