Tere! Valminud on automaattestide tulemustest koosnev raport teie asutuse veebilehe kohta. Raport ja selle lugemisjuhis on lisatud manusesse. Kõik tuvastatud mittevastavused on välja toodud peatükis „Leitud mittevastavused“. Iga mittevastavuse all on probleemi kirjeldus ja alamlehtede lingid, millel viga esineb (NB! Sulgudes olev number ei näita vigade arvu). Palume teil manuses oleva raportiga tutvuda ja asuda selles väljatoodud vigu kõrvaldama. Juhime tähelepanu, et lihtsustatud seire puhul testitakse vastavust vaid osadele kohustuslikele nõuetele. Eesmärgiga saada üldine ülevaade ligipääsetavuse hetkeseisust avalikus sektoris. Seetõttu ei pruugi raportis olla kajastuda kõik puudused. Sellel aastal võtsime eraldi vaatluse alla ka veebilehtede ligipääsetavuse teatised. Teatise eesmärk on kirjeldada veebilehe vastavust ligipääsetavusenõuetele ja pakkuda ligipääsetavuseteemalist teavet kõigile, kes seda võivad vajada. Nõuded ligipääsetavuse teatisele on kehtestatud ettevõtlus- ja infotehnoloogiaministri määrusega nr 20 „Veebilehe ja mobiilirakenduse ligipääsetavuse nõuded ning ligipääsetavust kirjeldava teabe avaldamise kord“ . TTJA veebilehelt on leitavad juhend ja vorm ligipääsetavuse teatise koostamiseks. Teatise koostamiseks või ajakohastamiseks on vajalik läbi viia põhjalik hindamine ja kontrollida vastavust kõikidele kohustuslikele nõuetele. Avalikule sektorile kohalduvad ligipääsetavusnõuded on kirjas Euroopa Liidu digiligipääsetavuse standardis EN 301 549 V3.2.1. Manusesse on juurde lisatud hindamisvorm, mille abil võite koos veebilehe arendajaga viia ise hindamise läbi või konsulteerida mõne ligipääsetavuse hindamist pakkuva ettevõttega. Me ei oota teilt jooksvat ülevaadet, kuidas olete ligipääsetavuse puuduste kõrvaldamisega edasi liikunud, kuid palume arvestada, et 50% veebidest kordub 2026. aasta lihtsustatud seires. Jaanuari alguses avaldame oma kodulehel "Eesti avaliku sektori digiligipääsetavus 2025. aastal" aruande, mis hõlmab ka teie asutuse veebilehe testimise tulemusi. Heade soovidega
