I am writing to you regarding the transposition of the Modernization directive. Your colleague Kadi sent me your contacts.
As maybe you have heard the Commission has opened an infringement procedure against Latvia about the transposition of this Directive. Our colleague from the Commission mentioned that Estonia had similar challenges like we did. I would like to ask you if you would be open to a conversation about your experience.
