Minister Pakosta,
It is my pleasure to invite you to InCyber Europe 2026, to be held from March 31 to April 2, 2026, at Lille Grand Palais, Lille, France, under the High Patronage of the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron.
For nearly two decades, InCyber Europe has established itself as Europe’s leading forum dedicated to cybersecurity and digital trust, bringing together public authorities, industry leaders, and strategic decision-makers from across Europe and beyond.
The 2026 edition, themed “Securing Our Digital Dependencies,” will focus on strengthening Europe’s digital resilience, legal and regulatory frameworks, and trusted digital ecosystems in an increasingly interconnected environment.
Given your leadership at the intersection of justice, digital governance, and cybersecurity, your perspective would bring valuable insight to discussions on trust, regulation, and resilience in the European digital space.
We would be honored if you would consider delivering a keynote address at the opening of one of the Forum’s summit sessions.
