I am contacting you regarding a letter published in the public document register of the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs, (https://adr.rik.ee/jm/dokument/16518897).

The public document register includes the invitation to the Annual Conference of the competent Member State authorities of the Authority held on 25 March 2025 which contains a handwritten signature.

In accordance with data protection requirements, including the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Mr Schonard kindly requests the redaction of his handwritten signature contained in the published document.

This redaction is important, as the content of the register is subsequently reused by third parties, notably on the portal https://dokumendiregistrid.karlerss.com/dokumendid/441473/annual-conference-of-competent-authorities, relying on the information made available by public authorities.
