The Embassy of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Estonia
presents its compliments and has the honour to request assistance
in obtaining from the competent authorities of the Republic of Estonia
information on the number and personal data (surname, name,
patronymic, date of birth, incriminated act indicating the article
of the Penal Code, date of entry into force of the court decision, term
of conviction and estimated prison release date) of citizens
of the Russian Federation, serving a sentence or under investigation
on the territory of the Republic of Estonia as of December 25, 2025.
The Embassy also kindly asks the Ministry’s assistance in obtaining
from the competent authorities of the Republic of Estonia information
on the number and personal data (surname, name, patronymic, date
of birth, date of entry into force of the deportation order) of citizens
of the Russian Federation expelled from the territory of the Republic
of Estonia and deprived of residence permit as of December 25, 2025
The Embassy avails itself of this opportunity to renew
to the Ministry the assurances of its consideration.
