I would like to kindly ask you to confirm the agreement for the extension of the
secondment to the services of the Commission of Ms Kaili SEMM from the Agency of
Medicines.
The secondment of Ms SEMM Directorate-General Health and Food Safety
(DG SANTE) was arranged for the period from 01.12.2022 to 30.11.2026 and the
Commission now wishes to exceptionally extend it beyond four years until 30.11.2028 in
line with Article 4§1 of Commission Decision C(2008) 6866 of 12.11.2008 laying down
rules on the secondment to the Commission of national experts.
