The Chair of the Coordination Committee of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), H.E. Ambassador James Baxter, presents his compliments and has the honor to referto Circular N. 4251 dated December 18, 2025, inviting the governments of the States members of the WIPO Coordination Committee and, as observers, the governments of the States members of WIPO not members of that Committee to be represented at the informal meeting of the Coordination Committee, which will take place on January 27, 2026, at WIPO Headquarters, in Geneva, and will open at 11:00 a.m. (CET).
Member States are reminded that the attendance at the informal meeting will be limited to WIPO Coordination Committee member and observer States. Further, the number of seats per delegation will be limited to five for each member of the Coordination Committee, and two for each observer. El presidente del Comite de Coordinacion de la Organizacion Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI), S.E. el embajador James Baxter, presenta sus atentos saludos y tiene el honor de remitirse a la Circular N. 4251, de fecha 18 de diciembre de 2025, en la que se invita a los Gobiernos de los Estados miembros del Comite de Coordinacion de la OMPI y, en calidad de observadores, a los Gobiernos de los Estados miembros de la OMPI que no son miembros de dicho Comite, a estar representados en la reunion oficiosa del Comite de Coordinacion, que tendra lugar el 27 de enero de 2026, en la sede de la OMPI, en Ginebra, y que comenzara a las 11.00 (hora de Ginebra).
Se recuerda a los Estados miembros que la asistencia a la reunion oficiosa se limita a los miembros del Comite de Coordinacion de la OMPI y a los Estados observadores.
