We are pleased to inform you that Tele2, a leading mobile wireless operator in the Baltics, has completed the previously notified transaction whereby Tele2 has transferred 100% of its owned mobile telecommunications sites to Baltic Tower Company (BTC), a Tele2
controlled company. As part of this transition, BTC now owns the telecommunications structure located on your property and is now the tenant under the existing agreement.
