Thank you for your kind words! Approved district heating prices (€/MWh) in december 2025 were as follows:

Tallinn | 77,82 €/MWh (price approved in 27.12.2024) |
Kohtla-Järve | 62,78 €/MWh (price approved in 28.09.2023) |
Pärnu | 68,76 €/MWh (price approved in 28.01.2025) |
Tartu | 64,69 €/MWh (price approved in 09.04.2025) |
Narva | 105,04 €/MWh (price approved in 25.07.2025) |
According to the District Heating Act, an appoved price may be applied one month after the price has been approved. A price decrease may be applied immediately.

Thank you once again for the district heating price information you kindly provided on 24 September 2025. We appreciate your cooperation and the timely support.
At the stage, we are updating our analysis and would need information on the district heating prices applicable in December 2025 for the following cities: Tallin, Tartu, Kohtla-Järve, Pärnu, Narva. We would be grateful if you could share the current approved prices, should there have been any changes compared to the prices and whether figures are presented with or with without VAT.
