Is there a registered Data Protection Officer ("DPO") for Visma AS, org. nr. 936 796 702, most likely by the name "Lars Martin Ottersen", with you in the Estonian Data Protection Authority?
If yes, may I ask you to de-register this DPO for Visma AS, or to point me in the right direction to do so myself?
We will not be registering a new DPO for Visma AS, so no new application will be sent.
The main reason for the de-registering is internal restructuring in Visma. Visma AS now processes limited personal data and has approximately 10 employees, so we consider it unnecessary to have a registered DPO for Visma AS, cf. the requirements in GDPR article 37. I hope this is understandable.
