If yes, may I ask you to de-register this DPO for Visma AS, or to point me in the right direction to do so myself?
We will not be registering a new DPO for Visma AS, so no new application will be sent.
The main reason for the de-registering is internal restructuring in Visma. Visma AS now processes limited personal data and has approximately 10 employees, so we consider it unnecessary to have a registered DPO for Visma AS, cf. the requirements in GDPR article 37. I hope this is understandable.
