My name is Daria Titova, and I represent MyGaru OÜ, a company registered in Estonia working in the field of data intermediation and privacy-preserving data collaboration.
We would like to thank you for your letter dated 17 July 2025 (ref. no. 2.2-9252205-2), in which you informed us that, at that time, the competent authority responsible for receiving notifications under Article 11 of the Data Governance Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/868) had not yet been designated in Estonia.
We would like to kindly inquire whether the competent authority has since been appointed and whether a formal procedure for submitting notifications under the DGA has been established.
We would be grateful for any updates or guidance you could provide on this matter.
